* Assembly the first time takes a few hours, because you are learning and because you are doing some once-and-done initial assembly you will not repeat in normal routine setup. On subsequent set-ups there will be less to do and you will be moving up a learning curve, getting more efficient.. Sea Eagle says 12-15 minutes inflation and assembly time. We;re just being more conservative. It's the same boat and sail rig.
