Just like item 8024 (high performance rudder for Super Snark and Sunflower), except we add an eyebolt halfway up the tiller for the sheet line to go through. This allows the typical rigging of a Sea Skimmer, but it does limit the adjustment range for tiller length to 18 inches, which is probably all you need or want anyway.
