Beautiful and economical reinforced wood motor mount for your canoe. Trolling motors only. Ash wood, stainless steel clamps, phenolic knobs. Made in USA. Maximum width it can open up to is about 16 inches. If that's not enough then you need to look at our Super Strong motor mount or hinged motor mount (item 5052 and item 5053). They open up to 20 inches and offer an optional extension that takes them out to 30 inches. (Bear in mind that Pelican and Coleman canoes have a better gunwale lip on the outside, so your motor mount on these canoes needs to span outside to outside distance.)
