This is the rear crossbar with oarpin sockets on each end. Also called steering oar unit. Adjustable length. For canoe, requires 2 gunwale clamps (order separately - item 5041). Oar, oarpin, gunwale clamps not included. For inflatable kayak, needs right-angle piece and straps (not included but request in comment section and we'll include them and charge $30 more).
