We tested many inflators before choosing 2 to sell. This is the quietest one we tested. Plugs into cigarette lighter. Has hose and adaptors for different size valves. Will inflate boats to 95% in about 10 minutes. You don't have to hold it, so while main chambers are filling, you can be getting the rest of your gear arranged. Final pressurization has to be done by hand or foot pump. Inflates and deflates.
