Ethafoam floats on aluminum outrigger arms that slide into the main crossbar of the sail rig to help keep you from tipping over. Mostly for canoes and kayaks, but also work on inflatable dinghies with our sail rig if you feel the need. The inflatables dinghies are very stable even without them, but not impossible to tip. To use on canoe, without buying sail rig, order our "Stabilizer system: Floats + Crossbar + Clamps" (listed on both parts and canoe rig pages, item 5005). The item #1000 canoe kit already has these included. For motoring or sailing, consider item #1006 hydrodynamic style or the inflatable style instead.
