Sevylor rates it for 6 people. We say 4 (and yes it will sail nicely with 4). A great choice to use with our sail rig (sold separately). The very large side tubes of this boat give great back support when seated on the floor and great flotation when seated on top of them. Don't forget pump and oars (sold separately). 38 pounds.
